Port Paradise is a beautiful house with heated pool and gorgeous private yard. 3bd, 2ba, two living spaces, game room, chef's kitchen/dining room, and gorgeous outdoor space. The master has a king bed, walk in closet, a full en-suite with walk in shower and a private enclosed patio of its own. There is a sun deck, patio table and chairs and even a Tiki Hut Bar. The pool is fully enclosed to keep all bugs and critters out too! Only 15 miles to many different beaches. 3 airports nearby.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage, with the exception of one closet, and a couple locked spaces in the garage. Guests can park in the drive way and in front of the house on the street.

Interaction with guests

Guests will be able to get ahold of us via phone, text, or email. Phone or text is preferred. We will be available to guests the entirety of their stay for anything they may need. We live in MN, so if repair or attention is needed to anything in the home we will seek a professional to help. There will be a professional cleaner coming after the stay to clean the home and reset everything.

Additional house rules

We have quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. The house is in a residential neighborhood. You don't have to be silent, and you can be outside just please be courteous of the neighbors.

During big holidays some of the neighbors like to celebrate with fireworks.

Exterior Security Camera(s)

There is a Ring Camera at the front door. There is also one on the lanai directed at the pool. You can disconnect the pool camera during your stay, but please connect it again before you leave.

Pool or Hot Tub Doesn’t Have a Gate or Lock

You will have full access to the pool and can adjust the pool heater up as high as 90 degrees. There are no safety features or fences around the pool for children. You are using the pool at your own risk. There flotation devices available for your use.
